The 12 week plans are broken into 4 week manageable blocks, with regular feedback- all personal, bespoke and not AI generated! Connect your Garmin, FitBit, My Fitness Pal with easy in-app integrations. See all your data, nutrition, workouts and progress in one place, without needing to switch between several apps. Track your progress, measurements, weight, photos, goals and smash targets.

Workout videos and exercise feedback
Access your workouts day or night. Log in and view your workouts in your calender, with the option to choose a different workout if you feel like switching it up. Click start when you are ready, and log your progress as you go. Don't worry about needing to remember your last set from a week ago, the app lets you track all of your sessions and tells you when you hit goals, personal bests and sets new records! Workouts can be tailored to Gym, Home, Bodyweight, or a mixture of both. We help you create your ideal plan, taking into account any injuries and rehab you might need in your consultation. And of course, any questions that arise, tap a message to Alice with a form video and she can feedback any suggestions or alternative exercises to help you get the best results.

Bi-monthly check ins
Catch up with Alice to discuss every stage of your progress. This is a great chance to ask any questions, discuss myths, strategise for each block and make sure you have all of the support you need to succeed.

Meal plans and No-guessing Targets
Take the guesswork out with balanced meal plans, designed to give you energy and improve your health, while supporting you through 90 days of life changing results. Calculated targets, includes protein, carbs and fat. These targets change across the 90 days to get you the most efficient results possible. As a womens health specialist, we take extra care to look at your nutrition and supplementation to help you perform at your best, ever-changing, self.
