Founded by Alice, a certified MNU nutritionist and Personal Trainer based in Central & South-West London, England. We're committed to providing personalised, science-based nutrition advice to help our clients achieve their health and wellness goals. Our services are designed to be sustainable and tailored to each individual, ensuring that you not only reach your goals but also maintain them. We hold private insurance and are certified to work with clients online from all across the UK, Europe, South Africa, Australia and America. What makes your nutrition plans personalised?

Our nutrition plans are tailored to your individual health goals, dietary preferences, and lifestyle. We consider your unique needs and use the latest nutritional science to create a plan that's both effective and sustainable. Our 90 minute consultations discuss topics including your medical history, lifestyle, relationship with food, hormonal health, digestion, food intolerances, training history and current obstacles to success. 

How do you support weight management?

Our weight management coaching combines nutritional education, behaviour change strategies, and continuous support to help you achieve a balanced and healthy weight. We focus on sustainable results and have an arsenal of tools ready to find easily implemented solutions. We offer payment plans for short term clients, or discounts for upfront 90 day and yearly payments. 

What can I expect from your nutrition workshops?

Our corporate nutrition workshops offer a range of solutions to suit different interests and goals. From healthy eating basics to advanced nutritional science, you'll receive practical tips and insights to help improve your dietary habits. We provide lunches catered by high-quality local cafes and producers, with interactive elements to help you create nutritious meals of your own. We are working behind the scenes to organise live events in autumn 2025/2026, but if you would like to consider hosting us at private or company events, please send your enquiry below.
