We can get you the same results in 4 weeks, as someone else in 16 weeks, the only difference is, you'll be less hungry, dieting for a shorter period and will see results much, much, faster. At the end of 12 weeks, you can choose to remain on the programme for a highly discounted rate and move into any of the following: a muscle building phase, maintenance of healthy habits, coaching around your hormones, or if you really saw great results and are ready to lose more fat, a second 90 day cut.

So why a 90 day programme if you can do it in 30?
The reason for implementing a 90-day program instead of a 30-day program is twofold. Firstly, it is essential to ensure that participants are adequately prepared and equipped for success before commencing the program. This includes cultivating the right mindset and possessing fundamental skills such as meal preparation and regular exercise routines. If these foundational aspects are lacking, the initial phase of the program, spanning the first 1-4 weeks, will focus on establishing these essential components.
