About Alice



Welcome to Nutrition By Alice, where personalised nutrition coaching meets evidence-based expertise and passion. I have been coaching female clients over the past five years, during which my passion for specialised female training techniques and menstrual cycle coaching has flourished. My aim is to empower women to become stronger, more confident, and to achieve fat loss through a harmonious blend of weightlifting, nutrition coaching, and the incorporation of positive habit formation techniques. I believe in giving women as many tools as possible to succeed, whilst cutting through the many myths regarding hormones and nutrition floating around on the internet.
Together with my clients, I craft personalised nutrition and resistance training programs that are tailored to their unique hormonal fluctuations and aim at reducing menstrual symptoms. My journey in this field began after I successfully lost eight stone myself, sparking a profound love for guiding others on similar transformative paths for weight loss and increased self confidence.
Holding qualifications as a nutritionist allows me not only to design customised meal plans aligned with each phase of the menstrual cycle but also to indulge my creativity in the kitchen. I especially have a sweet tooth and love to bake, so you'll find I like to create desserts often, alongside the vibrant mains! In my role as a nutritionist, I extend my expertise beyond weight loss, providing specialised support for individuals dealing with PCOS, those pursuing muscle gain, individuals at risk for pre-diabetes, as well as catering to the unique needs of endurance athletes, bodybuilders, and the elderly.
